Q-When will this be available on Kindle, Nook, apple, etc?
A-Not any time soon. The current e-reader and e-book technology is centered around text-only books. They can't handle the layout of the CMG and similar heavily-illustrated books. Whenever kindle, etc allow me to publish these books, the way they look now, with a reasonable effort, I will do so.
Common Sense License agreement: This license allows you personal use of the books you purchase.
For example, you may do any of the following:
Print a copy for personal use, or to loan to a friend.
Read your books on any device. (If the device isn't yours, please be sure to logout when you're done.)
Make and keep archive/backup copies on your hard drive, thumb drives, CD-ROM, etc.
Save the pages to an SD card so you can view them on a mobile device without having to use your data plan.
You are not allowed to redistribute, display, etc.
For example, you may not do any of the following:
Give your login info to anyone.
Upload pages anywhere that other people can access them (forums, photobucket, facebook, torrent networks, etc)
Print copies for other people.
Give someone a copy on CD, thumb drive, etc.
